Warranty

As an esteemed customer, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of all our products. We offer a non-transferable warranty to customers who purchase from authorized resellers, showcasing our commitment to our customers and belief in our products.

If a product doesn't operate in accordance with its published technical specifications, your sole remedy will be product replacement at our discretion. This requires the product to be returned to the place of purchase or a location directed by us, along with the original sales receipt. Please note that shipping, handling, tariffs, duties, taxes, and other applicable fees may be required.

The warranty on our products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner.

Our liability does not cover special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, such as loss of profits, revenue, data, or commercial loss, which may arise from a breach of express or implied warranty on the product. This provision applies even if we've been advised of such potential losses or damages. Please note that local laws may influence this limitation or exclusion, and it may not apply in all jurisdictions.

Our warranty does not cover product failures resulting from mishandling, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, improper operation, exposure to the elements, excessive or deficient energy supply, chemical exposure, physical damage, or deliberate damage. If the product's issue is found not to be due to a manufacturing defect or it doesn't qualify for warranty repair, all costs incurred by us for repair, replacement, and transportation will be the purchaser's responsibility. Additionally, the warranty does not cover the battery cell unless it is fully charged within seven days of purchase and at least every three months thereafter.
