A LiFePO4-profile charger charges to 14.6 V and stops, which a lead-acid charger will not do correctly, and it will wake a battery whose BMS has shut it down. On the wiring side, a fuse at the battery terminal and a disconnect switch are the two items an inspector looks for on any bank; the busbar keeps multiple inverter and charger leads off the battery terminals.
