What it is, and what it is for
ROCKSOLAR Weekender MAX Solar Generator Kit: 111 Wh power station + 30 W foldable panel
The smallest ROCKSOLAR solar kit: a 111 Wh power station that fits in a daypack, and a 30 W folding panel to refill it from the sun. It is sized for a weekend of phones, a tablet, headlamps, a camera and a GPS, or for keeping a phone and a router alive through a power cut, not for appliances.
What's included:
- Weekender MAX (RS81 MAX) power station: 111 Wh (30,000 mAh) lithium battery, one 80 W AC outlet (modified sine wave, 150 W peak), one 12 V DC outlet (12–16.8 V, 10 A), USB-C QC 3.0 18 W, two 18 W USB-A and two 5 V/2.4 A USB-A ports, LED battery display and a built-in LED light panel; with AC adapter, car charging cable and cigarette-lighter adapter
- 30 W foldable solar panel (RSSP30) with USB-C PD, QC 3.0 and 18 V DC outputs, cables and carabiners
From the wall the station charges in a few hours; from the panel it takes about 22 W (the station's solar input is limited to 1.2 A), so a full day of sun refills it from empty. A phone charges from the station six to eight times; a laptop under 80 W runs from the AC outlet, but the outlet is modified sine wave, so leave sensitive audio gear and medical devices on the MAX PRO kit, which has pure sine wave output and two and a half times the capacity. 1-year warranty on both pieces.
