What it is, and what it is for
Growatt SPH 10000TL-HU-US hybrid inverter with an ALP 5.0L battery module
A 10 kW hybrid inverter and a 5 kWh low-voltage LiFePO4 battery, sold together as the core of a home backup or self-consumption system. The SPH charges the battery from solar or from the grid, runs the house from the battery when you choose, and switches to backup in 10 ms when the grid fails, fast enough that computers and appliances do not notice.
What's included:
- Growatt SPH 10000TL-HU-US 10 kW hybrid inverter, split-phase 120/240 V
- Growatt ALP 5.0L 5 kWh modular LiFePO4 battery (one module; add modules later)
Solar panels are not included. The inverter accepts up to 1.5 times its rating in PV (15 kW) across three MPP trackers; ask us and we will size an array to it. A transfer switch or backup panel and the smart meter are specified with the installation.
